Returns are simple and easy.

The standard KeelShield 5" wide has a 1 year money back guarantee of the purchase price less shipping. This is not a factory guarantee but our personl one.

All other products

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return the item within 30 days of the date it was shipped for a full refund of purchase price less shipping.

The following steps will ensure a smooth return

1. Call or e-mail us for a return authorization number.
2. Repack the items securely with original packing materials, if possible.
3. Send your return via UPS or Parcel Post Ground Service. Product must be returned using a tracable method. All items lost in shipping will be the responsabilty of the shipper.
4. Keep your shipping receipt as proof of return.
